Lavender Wedding Cake

This 3-tier wedding cake was designed to match a lavender themed wedding. In order not to be overpowering, we kept 2 tiers white, and iced the middle tier with a lavender and white marbled sugar paste. This was finished off with some lavender ribbon and a handcrafted edible rose. In order to suit all tastes, this cake had 2 vanilla tiers and 1 in marble sponge.
