Special Requirements
At Completely Cakes we aim to provide delicious cakes for everyone, including those with special dietary requirements.
We are therefore able to offer the following options:
- Dairy-free - All cakes and icings are able to be made without dairy products. You won’t even be able to taste the difference!
- Egg-free - We are happy to offer an egg-free sponge cake option for our vegan and Hindu customers. For wedding cakes, this cake base is best suited to a chocolate cigarello finish, as it is difficult to get a smooth finish. However, we are able to offer egg-free cakes with a sugarpaste icing for top tiers or smaller birthday cakes.
- Gluten-free - We are happy to make gluten and wheat free cakes either as a top tier, an individually iced gift cake if it is needed for one guest, or as the whole cake if required.
- Nut free - Whilst all of our cakes (apart from fruit cakes) are made without nuts, we cannot guarantee that our equipment has not previously come in to contact with nuts.
- Kosher - All of our cakes are made in a strictly Kosher kitchen with Kosher ingredients. However, we are not currently under any licensed supervision.
