This stunning wedding cake was made for a small wedding. Although the bride and groom were not having a large number of guests, they still wanted a ‘centrepiece’ cake for all the wedding photos. In order to do this, without them having to take home large quantities of cake, the bottom tier on this cake was created using a dummy. The middle tier was the one that they cut and served and the top tier was made out of fruit cake for them to save for their 1^st wedding anniversary!
