This stunning cake was a simple, yet elegant design for a wedding held in the May Fair Hotel, London.

Since the bride wanted the cake to look impressive, but did not need it to serve too many people, the top 2 tiers of this cake were dummies.

The flowers added a beautiful finishing touch – other flowers are also available.

The relieved couple were thrilled with this cake, which we were able to make to their exact requirements by copying a picture of their dream cake that they had found on the internet.

Elegance

This stunning wedding cake was made for a small wedding. Although the bride and groom were not having a large number of guests, they still wanted a ‘centrepiece’ cake for all the wedding photos. In order to do this, without them having to take home large quantities of cake, the bottom tier on this cake was created using a dummy. The middle tier was the one that they cut and served and the top tier was made out of fruit cake for them to save for their 1^st wedding anniversary!

This bride had recently lost her grandmother and wanted to have her ‘presence’ at the wedding in some form. As an adornment to this beautiful cake and in tribute to her late grandmother, she requested that we incorporate her grandmother’s brooch. Initially sceptical about how this would look, it looked perfect and the bride was thrilled.
